Advanced Jelq
If you have been properly trained in the standard jelqing or you are an experienced penis enlargement user then you may be interested in trying out a variation of the Standard Jelq routine which is also known as the Advanced Jelq routine. We emphasize that this particular technique should only be performed by highly seasoned penis enlargement users who are properly trained in the basic penis enlargement exercises. | Before we being, please acquire lubrication of some form. We highly recommend a water-based lubricant. Once a lubricant is in your possession, please continue to Step 2. | |
| Similarly to the Standard Jelq routine, form the symbol that resembles an ‘ok’ sign with your thumb and index finger. | |
| Place the ‘ok’ sign around your penis at the base of the shaft of your penis and begin to stroke towards the head of your penis while keeping a firm grip. | |
| Once you reach the head of your penis, take your other hand and form another ‘ok’ sign and repeat the process. Don’t forget to flex your PC muscle throughout this step. | |
| Please continue this technique for as long as you can without any discomfort or pain. |
Keep this mental state during the routine…
Your mental state should be equivalent to that of a teenage nerd about to get laid for the first time in his life by the cheerleading captain and her hot bi-sexual girlfriend. Look at the session with the same frame of mind you would with masturbation or sex. During the Advanced Jelq routine you should be highly aroused and prepared to enjoy the session. To get you into the mood, we also recommend laying down with a good porno on in total and utter privacy. (unless you have some sort of public fetish; even then, please do it in the confines of your own home)
How long will this Advanced Jelq session last?
Setting a time in advance, somewhere between 30-45 minutes should be dedicated to this session. Don’t focus on how many times you can milk your penis, remember that your goal is maximum expansion for each individual session. Concentrate on the change your body is going through and feel that change. As you repeat the Advanced Jelq session daily you will be able to feel your penis when it is fully engorged and you can also tell by looking at the girth of your penis; this is very important since girth gains come from maximum expansion of your penis. We found out that in the beginning you won’t be able to last very long (around 3 minutes for most men) due to their endurance and hand strength. A really cool way to measure this is by looking at your wrists while training and comparing the girth of your wrist to that of your penis girth. Your mission is to get your penis’ girth thicker than the girth of your wrist. Once you have achieved this, compare your penis girth to the girth of your neck……yea right! Please don’t attempt that.
