What Is The Jelq And Hold?
The jelq and hold technique should be incorporated only after you have jelqed for a minimum of 20 minutes. This warms up the spongy tissue within your penis and stretches it out enough so that there is a highly minimal chance of injury by overexerting yourself.
This exercise lengthens and thickens the penis in both its flaccid and erect state. After warming up, let’s get started!
Performing The Jelq And Hold
This exercise requires you to have a full erection:
| Steps | Instructions |
| Once fully erected, please flex your PC (Pubococcygeus) muscle a total of 20 times by holding and tightening the PC muscle with a 2-3 second interval between each other. What this does is pump more blood into your corpora cavernosa, therefore, giving you the maximum erection you need for this exercise. | |
| Proceed by using some form of lubrication (water-based lubrication is highly recommended). Squeeze a sizable amount on your penis and your palms. | |
| Next, take your thumb and your index finger and from it into an ‘ok’ symbol. | |
| Take the ‘ok’ symbol and continue by exercising 20 repetitions of the Standard Jelq. |
Once the Standard Jelq is completed move on to the Jelq and Hold below:
| Steps | Instructions |
| Place the ‘ok’ symbol that you formed with your thumb and index finger and place it around the base of your penis. | |
| Tighten your muscles in your hand to form a firm grip around your penis and stroke towards the head of your penis. | |
| Once you reach the head of your penis, unlike the Standard Jelq, hold that position for approximately 15-20 seconds. Your grip should still be firm and the head of your penis should be enlarged. This process should not be painful. | |
| Take your other hand and repeat the process. Continue to perform this action in a cycle, this process is also known as milking. | |
| Please continue this technique for as long as you can without any discomfort or pain. |
