One Handed Jelq

The one handed Jelq is the final Jelq routine we have included in this program. This should only be attempted by advanced users, so if you are a beginner please come back once you have completed the other penis enlargement exercises found on this site. Please remember that you should only incorporate one Jelq exercise into your whole daily workout routine; not abiding but this rule may cause harm or pain to your penis. This is a fairly simple routine as long as you follow the step-by-step instructions we have provided below:

Steps Instructions
step 1 new One Handed Jelq 1. Warm up before beginning the one handed Jelq. Also, acquire some lubrication of some sort (we recommend a water-based lubricant).
step 4 new One Handed Jelq 2. Once you are warmed up, squeeze a generous amount of lubricant on your penis and the palms of your hands. Gently rub the shaft of your penis until it is 70-80 percent erect.
step 2 new One Handed Jelq 3. Take your main hand and form an ‘ok’ sign with your thumb and index finger. Wrap it firmly around the base of your penis.
step 5 new One Handed Jelq 4. Keep your grip and slide your ‘ok’ sign (which should now be wrapped around the base of your penis) and slowly move towards the tip of your penis. This is also known as milking your penis. This step should take no longer then 4 seconds.
step 7 new One Handed Jelq 5. Remove your right hand when it reaches the head of your penis.
step 6 new One Handed Jelq 6. Repeat step 3, but this time switch hands. When your fingers are wrapped firmly around the base of your penis continue performing the same milking method mentioned in step 4.
step 3 new One Handed Jelq 7. Continuously repeat steps 2 through 5. Remember to alternate from your right hand to left hand during the milking step. Please continue this step for 5 minutes (50 strokes for each hand).

NOTE: Lubrication is 100% needed to warm up and to be able to complete this exercise. Also, DO NOT perform the one handed jelq exercise with a full erection; remember your penis should only be 70-80 percent erect. Make sure your grip isn’t too tight. Gripping your penis too tightly can cause bruises and worse it may even rupture the blood vessels of your penis. Your grip should only constrict the blood from escaping your penis during this session.
