The following were the boundaries and rules set for the test:

So what’s the “International Index of Erection Function” (IIEF)?
The IIEF was created to be a self-administered, reliable questionnaire of erectile function in different cultural settings which detects treatment-related changes within patients.
It was originally created by an amazing scientist named Raymond C. Rosen, PhD; he was the Chief Scientist at the New England Research Institute. The IIEF was created to measure the effectiveness of prescription medications used to medicate erectile dysfunction.
