Penis Enlargement Warm Down Exercise
It’s healthy practice to warm down after any other exercise, so why not after penis exercises too? Warming down is an important part of exercising, and it allows the muscles that have been worked out to enlarge and heal. Just like any other muscle your penis also needs a warm down routine.
Have a hot (not too hot!) towel ready after any penis exercise. The heat from the towel will be absorbed by the penis and help the muscles relax and increase circulation.
Instruction for a Healthy Warm Down:
Apply a small amount of lotion to your penis in a gentle massaging motion. For the duration of a minute, massage in a motion from base to head. Don’t forget to take it easy, the goal is to relax the muscle.
Use a Hot Towel
Use a towel soaked in hot water, ring it out, and wrap it loosely around your penis. This will help relax the muscles that were getting the workout in your exercises. It will help reduce damage, and will improve the healing process your penis should get after each exercise. This puts your penis in tip-top condition for your next day’s workout.
