It was ok, didn’t gain much but it was fairly comfortable once I got used to it.
The device was totally uncomfortable to use, I bought a sizegenteics because my X4 broke after 3 weeks and I got not replacment or refund. Contacted Sizegenetics for a refund and they refused, saying I had not used it long enough. Crap.
